Nikki (Cagan) and Tom Starke Jr. announce the birth of their daughter, Katie Vail Starke, on June 16.

Katie is the granddaughter of Arlene and Ron Pearlstein, Lynn and Tom Starke Sr., and Teddy Cagan.

Sharing in their happiness are great-grandparents Michael Blank and Phyllis Starke.

Katie was named on Sept. 10 at Congregation Adath Jeshurun in loving memory of her paternal great-grandmother Betty (Cagan) Copperman. She is also the great-granddaughter of the late Esther Blank.
