Debbie Markowitz of Rocky Hill, Conn., announces the birth of her daughter, Rebecca Rose, on Feb. 21.

Sharing in her happiness is grandmother Barbara Markowitz of Flourtown.

Joining in welcoming Rebecca Rose are Aunt Amy and Uncle Jeff, and Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Neal.

Rebecca Rose is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmothers, Rebecca Burman and Rose Markowitz.
