Marcia (nee Etscovitz) and Franklin B. Levin announce the birth of their daughter, Rachel Hannah, on Nov. 15.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Anita Miller, and Dr. Lionel and Sonja Etscovitz, and Drs. Phyllis and Morris A. Levin, along with great-grandmother Sophie F. Weiner.

Joining in welcoming Rachel are aunts and uncles Anita and Hyman Etscovitz, Barbie and Barry Alan, Betsy Levin and Andrew Levin.

Rachel Hannah is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmother Ruth Gross and her paternal great-grandfather Harry H. Levin.
