Carol and Charles Liebman of Harrisburg, and Eileen and Louis Simon of Rydal announce the engagement of their children, Tracy Beth Liebman and Eric Jon Simon.

Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Newhouse School of Communications of Syracuse University. She is the senior associate director of communications for the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware. He is the contracts manager for PharmaStar in Wayne, Pa.

The couple is planning a September 2006 wedding in Hershey.
