Dana (nee Cohen) and David Plon announce the birth of their daughter, Alexa Sydney (Feige Simcha), on Oct. 2.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Barbara and David Cohen, and Shelly and Gary Plon, as well as great-grandmother Gertrude Cohen.

Alexa are Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Ben Dubin. Alexa Sydney is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmother Florence Gerstein and her paternal greatgrandmother Sylvia Lockman.
