Laurie (nee Abrams) and Lawrence Beller of New York announce the birth of their daughter, Jordyn Kayla, on Jan. 7.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Joyce and Jack Abrams of Philadelphia, and Laura and Robert Beller of Westfield, N.J.; along with great-grandmother Deborah Adams of Philadelphia and great-grandfather Irving Lasky of Englishtown, N.J.

Joining in welcoming Jordyn are her aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jordyn Kayla is named in loving memory of her maternal great-grandmother Betty Yavelberg and her paternal great-grandmother Faye Lasky.
