Give Them Liberty!

The National Liberty Museum hosted a bell-ringer of a gala, awarding Vernon and Shirley Hill - he's chairman/prexy Commerce Bank; she's owner of a major architectural and design firm - with its Heroes of Liberty Award. Among the huge crowd gathered at the Crystal Tea Room to honor the Hills: Irvin J. Borowsky (right), founder/chairman of the museum; and Betsy Z. and Ed Cohen. Betsy is a longtime banking mogul, Ed is CEO, Resource America Inc.
