Congregation Rodeph Shalom will welcome University of Pennsylvania autism expert Dr. David Mandell to join in a panel discussion with Jon Fink and Cheryl Krause addressing recent research developments, IEPs and educational challenges and resources in Philly, and related legal and other issues of importance to parents of children with special needs.
