Simeon (Shimon) Darwick inspires joy, health, and nature connection in the Jewish and secular communities through the inquiry practices of food energetics and mindfulness, as well as laughter yoga, interdisciplinary yoga, and embodied movement inspired by nature and breath. He is a certified Health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, personal trainer, and a 500 RYT yoga teacher specializing in Laughter yoga and Alignment Vinyasa. He has been teaching laughter playshops, yoga, cleanses and health education since 2006 from Costa Rica to the Omega Institute, in New York
