Richboro, PA – Ohev Shalom of Bucks County’s Early Education Center has announced that they will hold their First Annual Fundraising Runners’ Chai 5K on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 9:00am at Tyler State Park. Ninety percent of the funds raised from this event will benefit the Ohev Shalom Early Education Center. The funds will be utilized to improve the facility’s playground. Ten percent of the funds raised will go to Cradles to Crayons.

ABOUT OHEV SHALOM’S EARLY EDUCATION CENTER
Ohev Shalom of Bucks County’s Early Education Center is open to children from 3 months old through kindergarten. The EEC is a DPW Certified and a Keystone Stars Level 3 Program. As part of a Conservative Synagogue, the program has a strong focus on Judaism and all of the school families are welcome to become part of the Synagogue family as well.
Ohev’s EEC is highly regarded in the local community. Ohev’s EEC was the only preschool chosen to work closely with the Council Rock School District in its attempt at winning a federal reading grant. Many of the graduates of Ohev’s EEC program move on to the public schools and enter at the top of their classes in reading and math. Ohev’s EEC also has a very strong, positive relationship with the Bucks County Intermediate Unit and Early Intervention. Ohev’s EEC meets or exceeds the state standards for all ages. The EEC aligns its curriculum closely to Council Rock and Central Bucks School Districts.
