Join members of Federation’s Health Care Network on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 6 p.m. for an interactive lecture on contemporary and complex ethical issues.
The Jewish Community Services Building, 2100 Arch St., Philadelphia, will be the setting for a provocative program featuring David Perlman, a bioethics educator, scholar and writer who serves as a visiting professor at the University of Sciences in the department of health policy and public health.
Perlman, who also serves as a senior lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, will engage his audience as active participants in the discussion.
Each registrant will receive a clicker to log in their personal position on key ethical concerns.
The cost is $36 per person and includes a light dinner.
Dietary laws will be observed and all guests will have an opportunity to make their commitment to Federation’s Annual Campaign.
The Health Care Network is comprised of close to 5,000 professionals who work in the health care sector. The network is chaired by Drs. David Miller, Alan Woronoff and Marc Rothman.
