Pie-in-the-sky hopes? Pie-on-the-table salute! That's the tribute honor accorded Wynnewood psychiatrist Dr. Carroll Weinberg and his wife, Charlotte, at a dessert reception held by the American Associates of Ben-Gurion University at the Conshohocken home of Paula and Dr. Richard Mandel.
