Charlotte Ruth Yudis, 67, an artist whose work was displayed in many galleries and museums, died Jan. 9 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
The former Charlotte Weiner, she was a resident of Moorestown, N.J., formerly of Philadelphia.
Many of her paintings were selected by Johnson & Johnson for its Fort Washington building.
She also taught at Fleisher Art Memorial and served on numerous boards, including as chairwoman of the Guides of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Yudis is survived by her husband, Charles Yudis; daughter Wendee Koren; sons Steven Yudis and Scott Yudis; and nine grandchildren.
