Allison (nee Canter) and Matthew Liebman of Center City, along with big brother Noah, announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Lucy Ruth (Rivka), on Dec. 13.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Susan and Sam Liebman, and Mary and Jack Canter, along with great-grandparents Polly and Bernie Cross.

Joining in welcoming the baby are Aunt Jodi and Uncle David Berg, Aunt Kristen and Uncle Jordan Gold, along with cousins Elizabeth and Jacob Berg.

Lucy Ruth is named in loving memory of her great-grandmothers, Lucy Rabeno and Ruth Liebman.
