A delegation from the Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (PICC) joined hundreds from across the world at the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation in Tel Aviv. The conference marked the first anniversary of the passing of former Prime Minister and President Shimon Peres on Sept. 25 and was attended by his son, Chemi Peres, and Reuven Rivlin, president of Israel.
