The Philadelphia-Israel Chamber of Commerce has confirmed its new executive committee. Neil Cooper, executive partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, was named president of the committee, where he will be supported by J. Todd Abrams, senior director of new ventures and business development at Temple University; Scott I. Feldman, global head of SAP Leonardo Customer Community at SAP; Matthew Fingerman, wealth manager at Bank of New York Mellon Wealth Management; E. Carolyn Hochstadter Dicker, attorney at law at Carolyn Hochstadter Dicker, LLC; and Fred Kaplan, director of Mazars USA LLP.
