Philadelphia Classical Guitar Competition Names First Place Winner

Philip Goldenberg won first place and received the Peter Segal Prize, a $1,000 prize, in the Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society’s 2018 Philadelphia Classical Guitar Competition.
