A rain dance for Phillies wins? No, it's a hora that the Phillie Phanatic and Joey Lerner, a 25-year-old Cherry Hill resident with Down Syndrome, step lively to at a surprise celebration at the Kellman Brown Academy, a Jewish day school in Voorhees, N.J. That's where Lerner, a longtime Phils phan, planned a rally for his phave team -- only to be surprised by the Phillies honoring him. By the way, good moves, Phanatic, who later led the whole school in the hora. Who knew?
