The National Museum of American Jewish History (NMAJH) announced the election of Philip Balderston and Brett Schulman to its board of trustees. Balderston is a real estate investor and developer who founded Philadelphia-based Odin Properties in 2009, which owns and manages approximately 5,000 multifamily units and commercial properties throughout the Delaware Valley and Midwest. Schulman is vice president at BET Associates, LP, the private equity investment division of Bruce Toll’s family office.
