This two-session course is for anyone looking for a deeper connection to the State of Israel. Along the way, we’ll explore music, texts, and images that bring Israel to life in some of its complexities.
Session One: Introductory workshop about Israeli symbols and a discussion about secularism and religion in Israel.
Session Two: Voices, stereotypes and political-social disputes in Israel and the role of women in Israeli society.
