Meyers

Jules and Marilyn ("Mickey") Meyers of Bensalem celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 26 with a renewal of vows, led by Cantor Scott Borsky, and a luncheon and dance at the Doubletree suites in Mount Laurel, N.J. The couple met at a dance held at the Jewish Y in January 1954. Jules owned a food-distribution business for many years, and Marilyn retired from PNC Bank. The couple, members of Kehilat Chaverim, have been actively involved with the Association for Jewish Children, providing their home for two foster children over 13 years. The Meyers have one son, Jeff, who lives in Bensalem with his wife, Cindy; and two grandchildren.
