Elijah Joseph and his parents, Julie and Irma Lopez-Reiss, announce the birth of Elijah's baby brother, Emanuel ("Manny") Ramon Lopez-Reiss (Rachmel Itzchak), on July 11.

Joining in the celebration are his grandparents Irv and Sandy Reiss, and Susan and Jerry Slear.

Manny is named in memory of his great-grandmother Rose Reiss and his great-grandfather Ramon Larriu, and in honor of his Pop-Pop Irv Reiss.
