Regarding your recent editorial about the problems at the egalitarian section of the Western Wall, it has been said about Iran that if a country’s government repeatedly talks about death to Israel and the U.S., it’s time to believe them. I say that if Israel’s government repeatedly tells the non-Orthodox Jews that they don’t matter, then it’s time to believe Israel. Believing them could take the form of not providing unconditional support of everything Israel does in Gaza, the West Bank and Iran. Or it could be in the form of not providing as much economic support. Whatever it is, I’m willing to wait until its government has a change of heart (or leadership) before I’m all in again.
