JFRE’s (Jewish Federation Real Estate) seventh annual Legends and Leaders was an enthusiastic, enlightening and record-breaking event that capped off a truly banner year. The event drew a record number of sponsors (82) and raised a record amount of money ($460,500). That outpouring of support echoes a record-breaking fundraising year, allowing JFRE to grant a record amount of money ($556,400) to fund 19 charitable projects for a record number of projects
This year’s event featured our Inaugural Hall of Fame induction welcoming legendary Philadelphia real estate pioneers and charitable leaders into the annals of real estate. Following the induction, breakout sessions discussed this year’s theme of disruption in real estate through five specialized panels: alternative investments in commercial real estate, how Philly stacks up, multifamily, office and industrial, and retail.
