The Milton & Betty Katz JCC in Cherry Hill, N.J., appointed Barbara R. Flacker to its board of trustees. The administrative partner for taxation and wealth planning in Fox Rothschild LLP’s Philadelphia office also serves as co-marketing chair of the Cherry Hill Volvo/Katz JCC Jewish Film Festival and co-executive director of the Katz JCC Jewish Youth Film Festival.
