GERTRUDE BEVERLY HUSIK died on November 18, 2012.  She was a retired Disbursement Agent for the City of Philadelphia who resided in Northeast Philadelphia. Daughter of the late ALBERT & MOLLIE (nee KAPLAN) HUSIK; sister of STANTON (GLORIA) HUSIK; aunt of HOWARD (BARBARA) HUSIK and MICHAEL HUSIK; and great aunt of SAMANTHA. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
