Howard A. Cohen was named executive director of the Dialogue Institute, based at Temple University. Cohen’s held executive positions in both federal and state government, as well as teaching management and law at both the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, and served as the treasurer of the Board of Directors since 2013.
A member of Har Zion Temple, where he’s past president of its Men’s Club and past president of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Republican Jewish Coalition, Cohen’s been involved with a number of Jewish organizations. He’s also the former executive vice president/CEO of American ORT as well as former vice president/CEO for Operation Independence, which promoted the economic growth of Israel.
