This weekly meditation group led by Robbie Russock is designed for everyone from the experienced meditator to the total novice. Meditation can aid us in becoming calmer, more focused and, as research has shown, has innumerable health benefits. Robbie says, “For me it is also a way, among many others, that have enriched my own personal experience of Judaism.” This program of spiritual direction and growth through meditation, will include text-based material to enhance the experience of God in our lives.
