Yom Hashoah Memorial Service & Program

Lower Merion synagogues will gather together at Main Line Reform Temple for our annual observance of Yom Hashoah, featuring the memorial candle lighting for the Six Million by Holocaust survivors and their descendants and liturgy led by clergy from Adath Israel, Beth David Reform Congregation and Har Zion Temple.

The choir of the Philadelphia High School for Creative & Performing Arts will perform, as well as the combined choirs of the area congregations. 

The program also will include a presentation by Jillian Cantor, author of the novel Margot, “a compassionate imagining of what might have happened had Anne Frank’s sister survived.”
