Meet Nigel Savage, founder of Hazon, and join Congregation Beth El of Bucks County for a lively Shabbaton weekend exploring the new Jewish Food Movement happening in Philadelphia. Nigel Savage will be stressing what it means to eat Jewishly in the 21st century.

Bring in Shabbat with Nigel in a captivating talk about three goats, a field of beets, and the New Jewish Food Movement. Join him in further text study as he bridges the gap between Talmudic texts and contemporary Jewish and environmental thought.
