Brain Cafe: What is a Person?

August 12, 2014 6:00 PM

Feed your brain this summer with The Gershman Y! To participate, watch online lectures from lauded academics on your own time, then join us at The Good Karma Café (331 S 22nd St, Philadelphia) for a lively discussion! Come prepared to share your thoughts and expand your mind!

In the third installment of the series, we discuss Yale Professor Shelly Kagan’s lecture “What is a Person?” Kagan contrasts the dualist view, where a person is a body and a soul, with the physicalist view, where a person is just a body.
