To get a job, get a good education -- and maybe a little help from your friends. Providing such a friendly helping hand over the years has been the JEVS Human Services, which just notched its 70th anniversary. Nine presidents past and present gathered at the event at the Green Valley County Club to mark the milestone: (From left, back) Jay Spector, current president and CEO; Howard Scher, Bob Segal, Frank Ash, Jeff Pasek, Ben Zuckerman, Sam First (current chairperson) and Howard Brod Brownstein. Front (from left) are Ned Kaplin, Linda McAleer and Leon Sunstein, Jr., the oldest living past president.
