Dr. Kathie (nee Breslow) and Aaron Shrager of Bala Cynwyd, along with big brothers Izzy and Yaakov Noam, announce the birth of their son and brother, David Amiron, on July 4.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Henry and Judy Shrager of Bala Cynwyd, and Dr. Julian and Diane Breslow of Chicago, along with great-grandfather Lee Birenbaum of St. Louis.

Joining in welcoming the baby are his aunts, uncles and cousins, Josh, Yehudit and Temima Shrager; Beth and Joshua Sydney; and Danielle, Tavon and Eliana Dodson.

David is named in loving memory of his maternal great-grandfather David Breslow, who devoted himself to Yiddish life and culture. The name Amiron means "Let my nation sing."
