Cozen O’Connor founder and Chairman Stephen A. Cozen was appointed to the Philadelphia Foundation Board of Managers. The foundation, which handles more than 900 charitable funds, has served the community since 1918 with a goal of improving the well-being of the region by growing effective philanthropy and engagement.
