Karen and Mark Cohen of Lafayette Hill, and Betsy and Brian Smyth of Yardley announce the engagement of their children, Lisa Brooke Cohen and Matthew Joseph Smyth.

Lisa, a graduate of Penn State University and the Widener University School of Law, is an attorney with the Beasley firm in Philadelphia.

Matthew, a graduate of Temple University, is a product director for Human Capital Solutions.

Sharing in the couple's joy are their siblings, Harris and Jamie Cohen, Jennifer and Sloan Zuckerman, and Rachael Smyth and her fiance, Rudy Galiber.

The couple is planning a September wedding in Center City.
