DR. KENNETH D. COHEN, age 84, died on December 30, 2012.  He was a physician who specialized in psychiatry.  He resided in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Loving husband of ANN RUTH (nee FEDORKA); beloved father of STUART, RICHARD, PAUL (NATASHA)     COHEN; dear brother of ROBERT (RUTH)  COHEN and HARRIET (the late EDWARD) SCHWARTZ; and devoted grandfather of AMY.
