EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR
Beth Shalom Congregation, the Conservative synagogue in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking an innovative Early Childhood professional with a BA or MA degree in Early Childhood Education capable of developing and overseeing a new early childhood program. The ideal candidate should be a caring, enthusiastic person experienced with child-centered, inquiry based, emergent curriculum and have experience in (or be willing to be trained in) Reggio Emilia and dedicated to integrating into the program the fundamental and enduring principles of Judaism.
