Kol Ami, a small and intimate Reform congregation located in the heart of Elkins Park, PA is seeking a dynamic leader and educator to serve as the Director of Education. This position will provide overall leadership to the school, with the goal of providing an enjoyable learning experience in an inclusive & creative environment. The successful candidate will have:
1. Baccalaureate degree required. Master's degree preferred, and/or coursework in Rabbinic studies
2. Experience in Jewish communal services and/or religious school experience
3. Proven budgeting/fiscal management experience
4. Demonstrated ability to leverage latest technology into curriculum
5. Creative and innovative approaches to learning and decision- making
6. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teachers in a team environment
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
