Gabriel Christy married Ella Floyd on March 25. The ceremony took place at Gratz College with Rabbi Jon Cutler officiating. Celebrating the union along with 75 guests were Gabriel’s grandmother, Sonia Klimoff Dishler; mother and stepfather, Dodi Klimoff and David Kirpich; sister, Liz Christy; and father and stepmother, David and Rachel Christy.
The bride’s 100-year-old great-grandmother was present along with grandmother Carol Jones, mother Beth Jones and sister Rachel Floyd.
The couple lives in South Philadelphia. Gabriel is a graduate of York College and works as an assistant carpenter and historian at the Newlin Grist Mill. Ella is a graduate of the University of the Arts and works at the Museum of the American Revolution.
