Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
1 handful semisweet chococolate chips
2 Tbs granulated sugar
1 Tbs ground cinnamon
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until thoroughly blended.
Add oil to egg mixture and blend.
Sift and measure flour.
Sift baking powder.
Add flour and baking powder to egg mixture. Blend well.
Add chocolate chips to mixture until well blended.
Mix together cinnamon and sugar and dust the top of the kamish bread dough.
Baked in a 350 F oven for 35 minutes.
Pull out of oven and let cool partially. Once cooled, slice into 1/2-inch wide, 4-inch-long slices.
Place back on baking tray and bake until slightly golden brown.
Pull out of oven and let cool.
