The Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, which provides scholarships to low-income Philadelphia families, celebrated its 15-year anniversary with an Oct. 14 Crystal Ball at the Urban Outfitters Headquarters at the Navy Yard. Radio host Michael Smerconish served as master of ceremonies, while Eva Moskowitz, founder and CEO of Success Academy Charter Schools in New York, was the guest speaker.
