The Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP), a program providing financial access for children from low-income Philadelphia families to attend kindergarten through eighth-grade tuition-based schools, appointed Heather Weiss Frattone as its executive director. Frattone joins CSFP from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as associate dean for student and professional engagement.
