ris (Krantz) and Larry Rosenberg, along with big sisters Shelby and Kloe, announce the birth of their son and brother, Chase Maxwell (Yacov Pincus), on Nov. 1.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Mel Rosenberg and Cheryl Gratz; and Uncle Gregg Krantz.

Chase is the grandson of the late Kathy Krantz and Sheldon Krantz.

He is named in loving memory of his paternal grandfather Charles Gratz and his maternal grandfather Philip Fisher.
