Blum-Scheff

Rabbi Barry and Amy Blum of Broomall and Rabbi Craig and Nancy Scheff of Orangeburg, N.Y., are thrilled to announce the engagement of their children, Shoshana Blum and Matthew Scheff.

Shoshana graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is excited to continue her education to pursue a nursing career.

Matthew graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and is currently working for Proctor and Gamble.

Sharing in their happiness are Shoshana’s grandparents, Gilbert and Rhoda Cohen and Jean Blum, along with Matthew’s grandparents, Jack and Deanne Boris, Stanley and Hannah Scheff and his great-grandparents, Israel and Sonia Neiman. Shoshana is the granddaughter of the late Jerry Blum.

Sharing in the excitement are Shoshana’s brother, Ira Blum, and Matthew’s brothers, Scott, Jason and Jared Scheff.

The couple is planning a May 2014 wedding.
