Andrea Highbloom and Scott Peterman, along with big sister Eliana Sophia, announce the birth of their second daughter and sister, Tali Rose on December 30th 2025. Sharing in their happiness are grandparents Francine & Richard Highbloom, Hedra Packman & Steve Steinberg, and Jacques Peterman & Martina Kominiarek, along with Aunt Melanie Highbloom, Aunt Nora & Uncle Steven Murrary, and Great Grandmother Janet Highbloom. Tali Rose is named after her paternal great grandfather, Ralph Packman.
