Harriet and Bob Serge of Scottsdale, Ariz., formerly of Blue Bell, announce the birth of the granddaughter, Shifra Bayla Becker, on Feb. 16.

Her parents are Aileen and Jeffrey Becker of Phoenix.

Joining in their happiness are Shifra's siblings - Drew, Sloane and Shmueli; grandparents Patti and Les Becker; and great-grandmother Sylvia Altman.

Shifra is named in loving memory of her maternal great-great-aunt Bessie Letofsky.
