Alisa Ruby Bash and Dr. Isaac Bash of Pacific Palisades, Calif., announce the birth of their daughter, Scarlett Ruby Bash (Zahav Rachel), on Nov. 22.

Sharing in their happiness are grandparents, Michelle and Dr. Edward B. Ruby of Fort Washington, Pa.; Lev and Faina Bash of Beverly Hills; and Leah Bash of Jerusalem.

Also welcoming Scarlett's arrival are Aunt Rada and Uncle Steve Bash and cousins Jake and Lukas Bash of California.

Scarlett Ruby is named for her great-grandmothers, Ruth Kamner, Sonia Ruby, Zelda Bash and Rebecca Atlas.
