Joni (nee Sokoloff) and Brett Stern, along with twins Noah and Madison, announce the first birthday of their son and brother, Jaxon Zander (Shai Menachem), on Aug. 11.
Celebrating with Jaxon are his grandparents Susan and Allen Sokoloff, and Ava and Allan Stern, along with great-grandmothers Fay Stern and Ann Sokoloff.
Joining in the excitement are Aunt Meredith, Uncle Billy, and cousins Isabella, Billy and Layla; and Aunt Alicia, Uncle Bill and cousin Arianna.
