| That's the spirit! Ambassador Asher Naim of Israel is named recipient of the 2009 Spirit of Raoul Wallenberg Humanitarian Award in ceremonies held at Philadelphia's American Swedish Historical Museum. Making the presentation to the longtime diplomate -- who had an instrumental hand in the success of Operation Solomon (1990-91) and at one time served as consul general of Israel in Philadelphia -- is Amy Sosnov, trustee of the Elizabeth Ellis Foundation, as well as a member of the Wallenberg committee.
