Ken and Susan Mendel of Media announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Stacey, to Ethan Todras-Whitehill, son of Roberta Todras and Laird Whitehill of New York City.
Jennifer is a 2004 graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the Bloomberg School of Public Health of Johns Hopkins University.
Ethan is a 2002 graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and English. He is a new-media consultant and freelance writer, who is often featured in the travel section of the New York Times.
The couple, who lives in Brooklyn, is planning a September wedding.
