Melvin Robbins of Broomall celebrated his 85th birthday on Sept. 10 at a family party attended by his wife of 61 years, June (nee Rocklin) Robbins; his children: Gloria Joffe (the late Meir) of Havertown, Larry (Eve) of Glen Mills, Mitchel (Claudia) of Broomall, Sandy Avidan (Moshe) of Bensalem, Ted (Anna) of Media, Daniel (Luisa) of Broomall and Eddie (Mary) of Broomall; along with his 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
